| :: How many accounts come with my Mediator license? | ||
| Use of the accounts is subject to the Terms of
Service. Each Mediator classroom or school license is delivered with 20 accounts to myMediator.com (A single educational license is delivered with 1 account). You are free to use one, two or all 20 without any additional charge. Note: Accounts on myMediator.com are free for one full year after activation. The ‘activation year’ starts from the day you activate anyone of your accounts. |

| :: What happens when an account expires? | ||
| When an account expires you cannot upload or change the data on the account. MatchWare reserve the right to delete the Flash website two (2) months after an account expire. An e-mail will automatically be send to the e-mail(s) the account(s) has been activated by when the account expires. Accounts can be re-activated or extended for a year at the time when ordered within two month after expiration date. |

| If you need extra accounts you can purchase these in bulks of 20 accounts. The extra accounts will be functional for a year after activation.
